How do I place an order?
You can purchase an item directly through our online shop or you can visit our Facebook page on www.facebook.com/kachoifnb/shop and place your order there as well. You can also whatsapp us on +91-7348864575 to make bookings, place orders and ore-orders, and make bulk orders as well. We will be on Amazon soon.
Payment and Shipping
We Accept Payment Options like Google Pay, PayTM, BHIM UPI, NEFT/IMPS, Debit & Credit Card. COD, Cheques and DD's are not accepted. All payments must be made in FULL in advance, this applies to bulk and party orders as well.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and Refunds for Perishable Food Items, once they are sold and shipped, are not accepted. In case of any disputes or missing items, or stale/spoiled product you may write to us on kachoifnb@gmail.com or whatsapp/call us on +91-7348864575 and we shall process a refund upon successful inspection and inquiry on the matter.
How Do I List My Products with Ka'Choi F&B?
If you would Like to sell your products on our Website you can CLICK HERE and fill out the Vendor Registration Form. Once your form has been received and approved, our representative will get in touch with you on the number you leave with us for the related formalities.
Registered Vendor Charges
As a Registered Vendor with Ka'Choi Food And Beverage, you payout disbursement will have the following deductions, provided your selling price includes applicable GST.
- 1.5% to 3% Payment Gateway Charges based on Customers Payment Method.
- INR 20 per order as convenience Fee
- Shipping & Packaging Fee as per Actuals (If Applicable, i.e. if stocks are maintained by Ka'Choi Food And Beverage)
- No charge for Registration
